3. Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

• Orders are processed within 2 hours of payment:

  • Cancellation within 2 hours: 100% refund

  • Cancellation within 2-12 hours: 25% refund

  • Cancellation after 12 hours: No refund

2. If Spotify or another platform removes a track due to an unusually high volume of activity, it is recommended to analyze your current engagement before purchasing promotions.

3. We are not liable for any account suspensions, picture deletions, or other actions taken by social media platforms as a result of using our services.
